Truly a hidden gem in Lancashire, Notarianni Ice's in Blackpool serves up some of the best Ice cream I have ever tasted.
Hand made in small batches every morning the beautifully charming family run business has been serving delicious, soft scoop vanilla ice cream since 1928.
If you're visiting Blackpool this place is a must for a refreshing treat.

I tried the 'Taste of Italy' sundae from Notarianni Ices. While I thought the value-for-money and quality of flavour was great - you get a LOT of really nice ice cream and toppings for the price, and the cup is heavy in your hand - I simply couldn't finish it. My friend had a similar sundae and also couldn't finish hers, and she is much more tolerant of sugar than I am. The portion size is too big in my opinion, and I felt bad for throwing some away. Had I known how big the sundaes were, I'd have chosen a smaller item from the menu. So if, like me, you like sweet things in moderation, perhaps steer clear of the sundaes.
Notarianni Ice Cream, is a creamy delight. Great flavours, generous servings, makes it a must-visit for ice cream lovers.
Is it the best ice cream there is? Possibly. Does it have the best texture? Probably.
Seriously the way it's churned smooth and pasted into a tub is absolutely glorious. Keep it simple, get a large tub with the red sauce and a flake. You won't regret it. Oh and the milkshakes are very, very good indeed.
Absolutely lovely ice-cream, staff were great, made sure I got exactly what I was after, taken there by friends who live in Blackpool, , not my first visit and it certainly won't be my last, one of those you get what you pay for, still great value for money, highly recommend

Sorry for the lack of pics, but what can I say. The minute this gorgeous, creamy vanilla, deliciousness was in my hand, all other thoughts vanished 😂. Keep in mind the portions are very decent; they FILL the tubs to the brim & the sundaes are a mixture of sauce/fruit/biscuit, ice cream & whipped cream. After seeing this place on Saturday Kitchen with the hairy bikers we had to visit when we were next in Blackpool and glad we did the ice cream was delicious really good. And very nice staff working there too!
I'm sure on my next trip to Blackpool next year I will be paying a visit!
First visit here and is was the best ice cream we have had. For the price the giant halloween cone was great, really good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
We visited here on Wednesday and my son said its the best vanilla ice cream he's ever had! It was reasonably priced and absolutely huge. The staff were friendly and efficient. I had a reeces milkshake which was equally yummy. I highly recommend Notarianni ices.
No other ice cream is like Notarianni's. You have to visit when in Blackpool. You won't be disappointed. One flavour is all you need when it's this superior. 🌟 🤩
