My favourite Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to by far! Amazing atmosphere,amazing staff,unreal food and very reasonable prices,overall outstanding! Can’t rate this place enough! I would move over to Blackpool just so I could go to this restaurant every week� We will be definitely be returning and telling family and friends to come and experience it for there selfs! Keep up the great work X
Enjoyed everything about our meal here. First impressions were of sittting in a lovely courtyard with a friendly atmosphere. The music was fitting and when our food arrived we were not disappointed. We ate antipasti, pate, fillet Stilton and gamberini al fontana all of which were excellent. The staff were very friendly and attentive. 10 out of 10!
Myself and my partner went twice over the bank, Friday and Sunday. To be honestly, it was faultless. I like the fact that you can just turn up and relax in the nice lounge area until a table is ready for you. The restaurant itself is lovely, the food great, and the staff, well, beyond good. It has the feel of a family restaurant, daughter on the bar, mother, the best hostess I have ever know. when I ordered chicken and chips (instead of rice), they corrected the meal within minutes. When we returned on the sunday staff felt more like friends. The hostess remember us when commenting we were one table further along from the front
Been here several times in large and small groups service is great and friendly staff. Food is brilliant and always well presented here. Best Italian in Blackpool I'd say!

Fantastic food and service. Very welcoming and friendly staff with a contemporary atmosphere. A really enjoyable evening. I would recommend and will definitely revisit when I next visit Blackpool. In my opinion probably the best Italian restaurant I have had the pleasure to eat in. 👍
We found this place Saturday evening for my birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing, had a mushroom starter, lasagne and the cheesecake. My partner had the bruschetta, carbonara and the profiteroles, and we got a pizza for our child. The staff were amazing. If we ever come back to Blackpool we will come back!!
Bella Italia was fully booked, so we came across this wonderful family run Italian restaurant.
Several Italian customers came and went, which told volumes as the authenticity of the place.
Starters came out quickly and wolfed down by our party, and although we had to wait a little while for our mains, every dish was full of flavour, and the homemade pasta was full of body and taste.
When we come back to Blackpool, we will definitely call in again.
Great food, great friendly chatty staff, and a great atmosphere inside. We ended up joining in with a birthday party. Sticky toffee pudding was one of the best I have had! Only downside was the bill 🤣💸
Do not pass this restaurant by. We tried this lovely Italian Restaurant out and loved it. Food was amazing, staff were superb, (especially the lady who we think was an owner). As we were vegetarian they basically made what we asked for fresh exactly how we wanted it. I believe they also had a vegan menu.
Its so cosy and designed perfectly. Stunningly presented. They were very busy but that did not stop the quality of food or the attentiveness of the staff.
Wish they were closer to our home as we would eat there regularly.
Portions are very generous. You must try their garlic bread with cheese and also the profiteroles if you visit here. 😋

We love La Fontana! Everytime we are in Blackpool, we try to make La Fontana for dinner at least once! We first visited in 1993 and have loved it since then. The food is second to none. Fresh, tasty, homemade dishes with a welcoming atmosphere and brilliant cheerful staff. Knowledge and years of experience is king in the restaurant game and these guys know their stuff. You can book the restaurant or you can do what we did and just walk in. We knew the opening time, so we made sure we were there at few minutes after 5pm. We were welcomed like long lost family and ushered to our table by Joe. A quiet table towards the back of the restaurant against the wall. Perfect. We ordered two pints of Peroni, which duly arrived and tasted great, very refreshing. I love the minestrone soup, and Stevie had the mozzarella rounds. We chatted to Joe and Samantha who run the restaurant now, a lovely pair! We ordered another 2 Peroni's and had our mains. I had the lasagne and Stevie had the carbonara, both portions were huge and utterly delicious. For dessert we had Affogato with Amaretto liqueur. It was awesome! We also had a digestivo - a shot glass filled with Limoncello which was utterly delightful. All in all a great night, and for both of us to eat our fill it was £110 including drinks and a tip. Without the drinks and tip it would have been round about £30 cheaper but who doesn't leave a tip? It's a great place and we can't wait to go back. It's quite honestly a hidden in plain site gem! The interior design of the restaurant is worth seeing! Feels like you are eating your dinner in a taverna in Italy, somewhere secluded and private. Wonderful place, it has always been like this. Go visit. You won't be disappointed.
Lovely restaurant in Blackpool. The ambience is cool as well. I loved my meal. It was really tasty.
I will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. The staff are also extremely friendly and polite.
The waiting time for drinks and meals are fair. You don't have to wait for long to eat and you can also walk-in without making reservations.

My partner & I visited La Fontana prior to seeing a show at the Winter Gardens. We had a lovely time there, we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff there.
