Only good thing was the food, which was a 5 star. The waiters are practically deaf, I shouted them about 10 times but they walked off. Food didn't take ages but the deaf waiters and tiny tables brings it to 1 star service. The atmosphere isn't very exciting, pretty dead. The food is very good though and saves it from being 1 star. Also, the menu is pretty good.
Actually really loved this place! We visited late on Friday evening for a quick drink, where we were welcome with our daughter until 11pm, and then returned the following morning for breakfast. Lovely decor, indoor fits pits a roof garden and glass elevator- what isn't to love! 😍Friendly staff, quick service and lovely food. We will definitely be back! X
Located on the south shore, opposite the south pier. Three bars on three floors, rooftop bar is
brilliant, especially when the sun shines.
A great pub. Long live the spoons. 👍🙂
Standard spoons so you know what to expect. A three story building so plenty of seating, absolutely awesome views can be had from the second and third floors. Team were all friendly and this became a base camp for when we were working out what to do for the day.
The best of the Wetherspoons pubs in the area.
Located in a great spot near south pier and the pleasure beach. Parking can be a nuisance as it’s so close to the theme park so a lot of the street parking is residential permits only or restricted parking.
The whole pub itself is large and spacious. Set over 3 floors with plenty of seating. The largest indoor seating is downstairs, there’s 2 large fire pits which are a really nice addition to sit around. There’s also outdoor seating on all levels (the biggest area being on the top floor) I can see it being a popular spot on air show days if you can get a seat outdoors.
A central glass elevator gives great access to all levels and the toilets are located on the 1st floor.
Food here is consistently a good standard and usually quite speedy even on the busy days. Sometimes you do have to wait for drinks longer than you would think during the really busy times.
You can read a bit about Blackpool and it’s history if you look up along the front wall.
Visited for the first time today and used the Weatherspoons app. The app was very easy to use for ordering food and paying. The service here was outstandingly professional and quick (got our 5 meals before I had even had a drink from the can!). Would highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was family friendly and the place was really clean and tidy. As we left, a member of staff was already cleaning up for the next customers. Will be going again ;-)
Great food and great atmosphere one of my fave weather spoons in uk, great fast service 3 floors all with great views and outside seating. If you want something quick to eat no fuss great price this is a great place to come, fantastic place yo grab some food after pleasure beach! :)
OMG Best place ever. First of all, food was sick! Had American Burger with Chips and it was amazing. Next is probably the best experience. I found a place empty! Even though its now busy what a find! Last of all views were amazing, shame its raining. Definitely would recommend this place
We stayed here for one night the hotel is clean same with the room we opted for the evening meal when we checked in and was offered this for £12.50 3 course all you can eat buffet style and to be honest wasn't expecting it to be good for that price but the food was fantastic in the evening after we got back to the hotel we went to the hotel bar for a few drinks and the prices are good for a pint.
Only down side is the bed that we had the pillows was firm and the mattress was a firm as a brick wall but that may differ from room to room over all I'd give it a 9 out of 10 just because of that
Pleasantly situated close to the Pleasure Beach, a far more relaxed atmosphere than Albert & The Lion at Central Pier which was rammed when we visited. Well worth the walk down to South Pier.
