We live locally so called in for a drink and meal only. Food was excellent so much so that we went back on the following Sunday for their roast dinner. Staff were friendly and the Sunday roast was top notch

Today we had mums wake at the Highlands and couldnt fault anything The staff were brilliant in all ways! Leigh and Sophie looked after us perfectly The food was great and I can only apologise for not knowing the chefs name but her lemon meringue was WOW! After staff changeover we were still looked after brilliantly and thank everyone there for making a sad occasion so good 👍

Just spend 3 nights in Bishpum Blackpool . You have friendly staff , and they remembered our drinks . Thank you for making our short stay great . We will definitely return , we went out for dinner and had a couple of night caps before we went back to our apartment. Great selection of drinks and toilets were clean . Some likely lads but they were well behaved and made us feel welcome 😊 . If you ever come to stafford check us out. Lol Dee and Terry from The Bird in Hand x
