Absolutely Fantastic Hotel Sophie And Taylor And Michael Amazing From Day One Went Above And Beyond For Me As I'm Celiac And Server Allergies Even Went And Got Me Gluten FreeBeers....Amazing Place Amazing Location Amazing Staff Throughout The Hotel Thank You Guy's xxx If You Have Any Eating Requirements Ring Them And They Will Do Everything They Can For You.. Only Thing I Would Say Is The Mattresses Could Do With Replacing Thats Me Being Disabled With Fibro Arthritis xx Cannot Wait To See You Guys Soon Xxxxx Felt Very Safe Throughout Our Stay Even With The Covid On Going All Staff Wearing Masks Even Guest Following All The Rules Xxx

Absolutely loved my long weekend away. Really friendly staff. Table service at both bars. Waiter service at meal times. Breakfast was lovely. Freshly cooked and hot. Nice room overlooking the sea. Comfy bed and a great shower with lots of hot water. Plenty of evening entertainment too in both bar areas. Will certainly return here again. Many thanks.

Hotel too busy just now considering all that's goi g on, upstairs lounge was overly full and music was so loud you had to shout near to others faces to be heard which is a prime source of spreading this awful virus. Staff helpful and hard working not here fault management are letting in such high numbers and playing music too loudly. Food is excellent and tables well spaced out for dining

I've stayed at the sea bank before never had any issue but this time our two rooms that my mother in law booked had no hot water for two days and staff didn't really bother wasn't till the second day I asked for a room to have a shower only to be told that had to hand key back so other people to use shower ( now surly they would have to clean the rooms for other people to people to go and use it ) didn't see any staff cleaning and making sure people were doing any sort of social distance until our last night in the upstairs bar a girl was cleaning tables bar area all the time ( which I thought was really good ) our rooms were had stained pillows and a stained bed sheet not sure if was blood or something else
