Definitely my favourite McDonald's. Whenever we come to Blackpool, this is always one of our first stops.
The staff are lovely and the service is fast and accurate, honestly can't knock them for anything. They get through the queues quickly and the food is always hot when you get it - something that can't always be said about other branches.
Another very well maintained Mcdonalds restaurant.
We enjoy travelling and have used many Mcdonalds so I've gained quite a knowledge of what the 'standard' of Mcdonalds is in general. This Mcdonalds was a very good example of that, clean, tidy, very friendly staff who offered my child colouring supplies.
Food was ordered via app and brought to table quite quickly, in some restaurants the wait time can take a while. This place was quite busy so I was expecting a delay (I think it's justified to give a little time on busy days) breakfast menu was being served and it was rather busy yet food was brought promptly. Well packaged and put together nicely.
Toilets were clean and so was restaurant. Great experience thank you.
It's a Mcdonald's.... but at the time of our visit it was quiet and calm.
It appears to be clean and the food arrived hot and without any missing items.
Really like this mc Donald's. Quick and easy to get food. They were also very accommodating with table service towards the additional needs child that I had with me.
Just had a meal here food was OK
The 2 ladies on the floor were brilliant happy and had a chat with me
Also asked if I was eating in and then brought my food to me lovely experience
Hot food and drinks quick service by pleasant staff . Table areas clean . Toilets available. Lots of Takeaway delivery drivers waiting for pickups which did cause a little congestion accessing the counter area .
Great well managed mcDonalds. Place was really busy, but the staff were on the ball. Served very quickly. My favourite McDonalds in the area.
Can't comment on atmosphere as went drive though. Large car park. Staff polite food hot.
Every time I have visited this store, a lovely lady is always so welcoming and accommodating and helps out where she can when I have my daughter with me. I haven’t come across a McDonald’s member of staff who is so lovely and kind. Unfortunately I did not catch the ladies name! However is always welcoming at the door. Hopefully this gets to her. Thank you :)
