From the guy downstairs who welcomed us into Pizza Hut, asked if we would like to sit downstairs or upstairs, asked if we would like buffet or main menu and asked if anyone had food allergies or special food requirements keeping us informed about when we would be seated. Paul upstairs greeted us and made sure that the information that he had received from downstairs was correct and showed us to our table. Paul answered our questions and was extremely helpful creating our order as we were new to the QR code ordering process. Even though Paul was alone and very busy upstairs the service was superb from him, thank you Paul for making our family lunch perfect.
Service was not the best, but having worked for Pizza Hut myself, I am aware that their restaurants are run by as few staff as possible and in very poor conditions - considering that, the food was delicious and everybody in my party left full and very satisfied.
Little overpriced for the money but giving 5* overall because of the staff member, gentleman with long hair, worked there on Thursday evening upstairs, only gent up there with 2 females. Was friendly, welcoming, brilliant 5/5*. He either was new or loves working there. But seriously. Thanks! Myself and my daughter enjoyed the food, quick service and friendliness. Daughter said the spaghetti bol was nearly better than mine, otherwise I was taking off a *. Thanks.
