Costa is always a safe bet anywhere you go really!
Coffees are always good along with there trademark desserts and they always try and keep there prices very similar up and down the country.
This location seemed to be very busy as you can imagine right in the heart of the town centre so on both occasions we visited we found it very difficult to find seating.
but as I always say If in doubt anywhere you are always pop into a Costa Coffee.
I had a fantastic experience at this Costa that is open as late as 7pm unlike most of them, where the till has no glass screen thankfully! The options are presented clearly there and the lights plus designs on frames make for a lovely atmosphere inside; I sat comfortably for a delicious frappe.
I have not used this costa coffee before. It was pleasantly quiet with plenty of sitting room. The service was quick and friendly. One small downside the toilets may be do with a clean.

Costa in the heart of Blackpool, directly across from The Grand Theatre, serves beautiful coffee! With a good choice of either hot drinks to cold drinks, and a lovely choice of sandwiches/toasties, (ranging from vegan to meat), to boxed meals. Their cakes are just wonderful! If any fresh food is available from around 5:30pm, this is reduced to 50% Off. A really good deal! From 6pm onwards all drinks are served in takeaway cups but indoor/outdoor seating is still available until the store closes at 7pm. Seats are generally placed on tables around 5:30pm, just take them off to sit at your preferred table, this is fine to do. Washrooms are available to the back of the store with disabled access throughout, (including washrooms). This Costa store is a larger one with a good choice of seating. Clean & tidy, comfortable & cosy! Staff are friendly & efficient too. The Costa App is a great way to save beans, recieve offers or gift a friend a Costa drink!

Conveniently situated in the town centre, it is my preferred choice of cafe whenever I visit Blackpool.
The staff are friendly and efficient and serve your orders promptly.
The cafe has a comfortable lounge layout with several cosy, upholstered seats spread around.
Suffice to say, the coffee is excellent.
Food and alternative drinks are displayed in a large cooling cabinet and are varied and eye-catching, as are the confectionery and desserts on offer.
My only gripe with sweets offered by practically every cafe nowadays is that they are disproportionately expensive and therefore it
is extremely rare that I am prepared to indulge.
That influenced my rating on the 'food ' score.
The new look of Costa is brilliant. The orange and purple chairs look great and so comfortable. The new look is very updated and it makes the experience of having a coffee here better than before I must say. Really like it now and the new counter is more open so you can see what goes on behind slot more. The chairs like I said are much more comfortable than before love it. Well done Costa this time you have excelled yourselves. A must to visit for a coffee, and as a consumer journalist, I highly recommend this establishment. Great atmosphere, friendly staff who go beyond customer service and now a great new look. Well done!!!!! Go visit people.
Even whilst the restrictions have been on the staff have adapted to the changes. Best Coffee Shop in Blackpool.. Very friendly and proactive staff. Tables immediately cleared and wiped over. Unlike other coffee shops nearby this is a must and yes sometimes extremely busy but that tells you it’s good! Went to another famous coffee chain previous and walked out due to snails pace service and it was quiet!?
Friendly hard working staff. Had the food and drinks required. Very busy but always found a seat.
An absolute pleasure to be served by two very lovely, super bubbly and extremely friendly ladies Lauren + Amy! Lauren went out of her way and offered to pour my hot choc into my new flashing cup i just bought. 10/10 customer service will definitely be coming to this costa more💗💗
Great place. Very clean. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Lots of seating inside and outside too. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
