Great friendly chippy who make my fish exactly how I like it (very lightly battered). Other places I've visited don't know the meaning of lightly battered, but this place does so it's my "go to" chippy.

I’ve tried hard to find a decent chip shop but everywhere I go there’s something that’s not too good. I went to Fisher’s Plaice even though it is quite a long way from where I live. The staff were friendly and I got served fast. I ordered haddock chips and peas. It was really really fresh and delicious; much tastier and better value than Seniors. Will definitely be going back this plaice is a hidden gem. Many thanks.

Can highly recommend this fish and chop shop. Varied menu. Large portion sizes. Fish is beautiful. Lovely staff. Have ordered by visiting the shop, and also ordered via Food Hub for home delivery without a problem.

I hadn't been in for years as previous owners let their standards fall... old fish and reheated chips!
Went a few months back in as was the only local one open and was very pleasantly surprised. New owners from my previous visit. Fresh fish and fresh chips. Absolutely huge portions. A large portion of chips has fed myself and 2 children (1 teenager & a 9 Yr old) and still chips left! Their prices don't reflect the portion... meaning best value for money in Blackpool! I now won't go anywhere else for a chippy tea
