Went to get an an icecream to cheer my daughter up. Daughter had a bad day!. chatting to the two girls serving katie and liliy who left a little note on the icecream tub to cheer her up! Great service today girls, thanks for caring and listening to me and the note made my daughter smile!

Food is amazing, staff & service are brilliant - they even remember our son's name & favourite treat when he comes in! The milkshakes are absolutely to die for. Would definitely recommend.

Just visited and had an amazing waffle! Strawberries and chocolate sauce. Lauren and Amber are really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the new candy floss flavour ice cream! Will be returning! 😊

Got to say the waffles were amazing!!! Nice and light with lots of toppings! We tried their new flavours of candy floss and urn bru which tbf was the best one bru Ice cream I have tasted!! Great service from Lauren and amber!! We shall be back soon!

Been in today with my family. Lauren who served us was excellent great customer service. We got two waffles, one with Toffee and Banana and the other with chocolate and Toffee. Also tried their ice cream, really nice. Will definitely be going again!

Started coming here fairly regularly to treat myself since moving back to my mum's. Their cookie dough is lovely and I usually get served by Amber, who is an absolute champ. Can't rate them highly enough!

After visiting the store at the insistence of my son, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it actually was. The milkshakes where great, the waffle was one of the best I have had in some time. Whilst slightly more expensive than normal and the service a little slow, they where working all the time. In a generation that seeks everything this instant, good food and its preparation takes some time. We stood around and people watched whilst our order was being fulfilled. Worth the trip.

Just popped in and bought two milkshakes, Oreo and malteaser. My Oreo shake was fantastic. 👌🏼 Thick, creamy and great tasting ice cream..best milkshake I've had in a long time! My partner loved his malteaser one too and said he can't wait to try the fresh strawberry one. It was my first visit, but will definitely be back to try some more treats!
Only thing I would suggest is to have a big menu on the wall if feasible? Think that would be good for customers.
