Burger Burger

Took a youth group to Frankie's and Benny's Blackpool at the start of May, the restaurant were so accommodating as it was 30 young people and 4 staff. It was very easy to book over the phone and we pre-ordered our meal and the it was prepared efficiently and fresh, clean plates all around. All of the waiting staff were brilliant with our group, had some of the young people laughing and having great banter. We were so pleased with the service and dining experience we had here, we will definitely book here again when we return to Blackpool. Massive thank you to all of the staff for taking care of us. :)

Stopped here for a quick dinner before a show, the vegan pizza was much better than I would have expected, and the crystal long island iced tea was lovely. The service was excellent. Unfortunately we can't remember the ladies name but our waitress was so friendly and helpful, she seemed genuinely happy to be there (if management see this, we're order 7490, order pad 3937, on 27/02/23. If you can see who served us, she deserves a raise!)

Me and the whole family, 14 of us, came to eat at Blackpool Frankie & Benny's on Saturday 30th July for my son's 5th birthday. I called and spoke to the manager Lisa to book and she was so friendly and listened to all I requested to make our evening meal perfect and glitch free. Mandy was our waitress that evening, you couldn't fault her. She greeted us with a warm friendly smile and said all is ready for us.

The service was good and the food was nice, in particular the dessert! Wow the waffles are glorious! The restaurant is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good disabled access and facilities. The only reason it's not 5stars is because when I used a Groupon voucher it was difficult to redeem. There isn't a specific menu so unless you've memorised all the terms and conditions you end up paying extra. The error which occurred during billing (a mistake by the waitress who immediately apologised) was sorted quickly and everyone makes mistakes so no harm done. All considered it was a lovely meal out for a family of 6 and we will be visiting again.
