Perfect place on Waterloo Road /Lytham Road roundabout for a great selection coffee, teas, Snacks and even bottled alcoholic drinks. Polite staff. Smart interior and outside seating. Highly recommended..

Fantastic place, the owner has a proper attitude and looks after customers and isn't priced liked Costa or Starbucks buy gives better service. The tea was lovely and food was to die for.
