We live around 9 miles from the Starbucks on Preston new road and the only reason we drive here is for the service and smile we get from Darren - what an absolute pleasure and superstar he is. Always greets us warmly and with the biggest smile - massive asset to your company!

Called in to use a £30 voucher my son got me for Father’s Day. Only one customer , 2 members of staff didn’t acknowledge us walking, nothing on show to make us want to eat there . We walked out. I don’t think anyone knew we actually walked in!
Drinks were good as always. Good range of availability. Service was fast. Clean and well presented inside. Parking is limited but available.
Walking in up to the counter and noticing the guy serving was on his phone drinking a coffee, is not what I would expect when most tables were full of used cups and plates waiting to be cleated away. The guy didn't even look up to serve us just got on with putting his phone and coffee down then serving. How extremely unprofessional
