Just ordered the Mexican Pizza for the first time since it’s return and the idiots placed in the bag SIDEWAYS!!!! At what point has anyone ever ordered a pizza and been handed it sideways! Like how much dumber can you get??

The guy with the bushy hair coming out of his hat working the drive through at around 9:30pm literally had me questioning if he is clinically selectively mute.
All he said was my order total. No “hi.” No “thanks.” No “you’re welcome.” I made efforts to speak to him and he wanted NO PARTS in speaking like a human being. He acted as though I personally ruined his day. He also forgot to put my hot sauce in the bag so I had to go through twice. If you hate people, why work at a drive through? Listen, I wasn’t looking for a full-blown conversation, but showing basic manners isn’t that hard. When someone says hi, say hi. When someone says thanks, acknowledge their words. Act like you like life. 🙄 I won’t be returning to this location thanks to the terribly socially impaired dude-bro at the drive through. 🥴

Have been going to this location for awhile. Fast service and friendly staff. Can't say I remember them getting my order wrong. Parking lot is a bit small, but the inside is nice and updated. You can't make a left out of the front exit so you need to go out the back.

Idk what's going on with this Taco Bell, but the past 3 or 4 times going through I've had the same experience at the Taco Bell in Blackwood on Blackwood Clementon Rd- barely any cheese on my tacos! ... ;/ Prices have gone up now and enough, please put cheese on the tacos. I don't want to have to drive to a further location just to get a decent taco...

Great service, polite staff and fresh food. I love to support this store because the young people as well as the adults genuinely love their jobs and you can tell from you enter the drive thru.

I used the kiosk to create my order since beef burritos are no longer on the menu. I placed my order at approximately 11:55. Stood there for almost 15 minutes before someone allowed me to pay for my order. Come to find out that after 15 minutes THEN MY ORDER WAS STARTED! There was only one gentleman who I have been informed is named "Nas" he told two different employees that I needed assistance ance it was not until he told a 3rd employee that I was helped. I explained this situation and my concerns with the negligence toward me to the person who provided me with my food. They then offered me a free fountain drink, which is almost disrespectful as I know that must cost the company penny's on the dollar. Needless to say I am furious with the disrespect I recieved, but above all my main note is how this location needs more workers like Nas, who's concern is on the customer not just the job.

the fries were. The cheese containers were empty also. Both together not worth $1.50. They don't even care enough to reply.
