Boston Market Restaurant

I have always loved Boston Market. My experience tonight has compelled me to make this review. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I went on Mother's Day because the place I was suppose to go to did not accurately inform patrons of the wait times. I suggest we go to Boston Market instead. I am more than happy we did. The food was fresh and delicious, and there was zero wait. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience great. They brought our cornbread and butter to the table and answered my family's question with respect. I highly recommend this Boston Market Location!

I've gone to Boston Market for years. Unfortunately this location needs updating and a thorough cleaning. The interior is run down. Also most of the food trays were either empty or the food appeared dried out. My salad had wilted brown lettuce. They bring out full containers but try to give you the dried out ones first. It's a shame because I use to really like their food.

The drive thru wasn't operational they were staffed with a skeleton crew and were out of most of everything at 4pm. When we asked for a specific chicken sandwich we were told they didn't bother making it that day. All the food looked like it had been sitting out all day and I had to ask for fresh mashed potatoes. We were the only two people in the restaurant and when another customer tried to phone in an order the girl told them they were too busy right now to take their order. I hope the owners know how their franchise is being managed. Terribly 😔

Doordash screwed up and delivered an Uber Eats order, then refused to rectify. I contacted Boston Market and they took care of it without hesitation. Nick was one of the two managers I spoke with. Awesome customer service. Very impressed with how these young men handled the situation. I will be back. Recommend these guys for some good homestyle food.

Though very quiet when we arrived the place became busier. The food was being prepared to be dropped in the steamer as well. The workers were awesome explaining what was occurring. It was well worth the short wait for the fresh foods. So amazing food. The chicken was perfectly spiced and juicy. All was a great experience. Do stop here you won't be disappointed.
