Mcdonald's

Same as the rest. Wait to order then wait to pay the park up and wait for your food.. check it before u drive off though🤣 Decided to take my 2 year old here today for a treat because he will eat the fish fingers and he's been a poorly.. after waiting 10 mins at the speaker and thinking it was broken drove on to order at the window and got too told to go around and order at the speaker.. I seen atleast 8 cars pass me on the other speaker.. and 6 cars pass on the car infront of that.. I left empty handed and drove to Newbridge and withing 5 mins of leaving the blackwood branch I was on my way home with food. Blackwood McDonald's is poorly run and that was the last time I will visit it...

Remarkable! All ok, but I have some suggestions. I visited this smallish McDonald's about 4pm on a Friday and dined in. It was already starting to get very busy, with a queue to get into the car park due to the drive-through. I've never seen as many employees in the cooking/assembly area of a single small McDonald's before, each person a small cog in a clearly well-oiled machine. Throughput was high, managers were evident keeping everything running as quickly as possible. Despite the immense turnover of customers and orders, I was happy with cleanliness, atmosphere, food quality (as in, exactly as a McDonald's should be - I'm not saying it's gourmet food). I've read other poor reviews on here. Whilst I was lucky and had a good experience, clearly mistakes are made often. I'm hardly surprised, given the volume this franchisee is trying to get out of such a small premises. The franchisee should probably invest in a second branch close by or a larger premises with better road entrance, as I think the staff deserve more space to work. This might help to make standards consistent.
