Really nice ice-cream lots of flavours to choose from at a decent price. The ice-cream shop is very clean with great friendly staff. My kids love the unicorn flavour ice-cream and always end up with more of it on themselves. Highly recommended this place for good quality ice-cream

This place is a very popular for a reason, it has lots of flavours to choose from and is very good quality/tasty ice cream. There tends to be a long queue on nice days as you'd expect and you can have quite a wait. The only reason I've given 4/5* is due to the lack of dairy free options, they only offer small tubs of vanilla or lemon/cherry sorbet which is really disappointing.

The range of different flavours were amazing. The staff very pleasant, helpful and patient. A litre of ice cream was 17. I agree it was a tad expensive but it was wonderful ice-cream and definitely something to treat yourself to. You can also get half litre and cones etc weather a visit if you want to have paper evening or day .

Amazing ice cream flavours and loads of choice. Yes it's not the cheapest but as a treat you can't beat it. Vans are not as good but the shop has free parking and is close to bus stop. My favourite in the north east.

We go here every year on our holidays and it has the most amazing range of ice creams to choose from and they are absolutely delicious! Seating outside. Right next to the beach. Huge car park next to it that is free all day.

Lovely ice cream, we had mint chocolate and a milkybar, but the salted caramel cone was the winner. Only problem was the ice cream melted super quickly before we found a seat, wondered if the freezer was on high enough. Next time we would get it in a tub.

I tried their mint choc chip gelato and it was some of the best I've ever had. I've been searching for one like it because I used to eat it as a child but no other brand- store brand or independent- hit the mark... until Ciccarelli's.

Unreal!! Expensive but worth every penny. Bounty flavour for me and wow ! Flavours available is huge and the kids portion just as huge. £5. 30 for the one in photo. 3 scoops on choccy cone.

Fantastic ice cream! Visited the north east twice this year, and made sure to visit Ciccarelli on both occasions! Friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced, indoor and outdoor seating, and huge variety of flavours - the whole family loved it!
