Very good value, ham and egg sandwich was excellent ,peach melba tasty and flat white was very nice.

Just been for breakfast (22/07), and the staff we very busy, 1 lady in particular, (dark hair) who was really up against it, yet was very professional and well organised, who gave me a free coffee because of my wait.
She made the whole experience stress free and ensured a relaxed atmosphere regardless of how busy it was.
Customer service matched the food, second to none !!
Staff are friendly and parking is easy. Been twice now and never seem to manage to get anything I liked hot and ready to eat as can't stand cold bakes

Visited during a busy lunch time and they didn't have many sandwiches left on the shelves. Had to wait ten minutes for pasties, but they were giving out free coffee while I waited. Very friendly.
Always get what you want and the staff are very helpful & always have a laugh with you👍🏻
Pasty could have done with being warm
They still hold the crown for bacon sandwiches and a coffee all for just £2. I have tried the rest and have come to the conclusion that they have nothing to worry about. Extra points for Cowpen is l can usually go in just after 11am for my morning fix and they are still serving them, friendly caring staff, a very happy Gregg's customer.

Always a good value breakfast. Can be a bit confusing when there's two of them on till and they are both dealing with your same order rather than both of them dealing with individual customers, especially when it's busy.
