The staff are very helpful, obliging and friendly. There is a good choice of foods to order - spoilt for choice. A good atmosphere and clean environment. Price of food is quite reasonable - considering the rising costs everywhere. Customers can either telephone an order for a roast meal on one day each week to be delivered to their homes, or simply book a table for the roast. The roast is huge.

We had an afternoon tea package for 2 people which was enough food for 4 delivered to our home address in Bodmin. The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh and first class I cannot fault it in any way. My wife and I visit Waffles once a week, it’s our lunch date since we work at home together since Covid. The staff in Waffles are so friendly and engaging. The food is always fantastic and they have a good selection of cakes to take away which I have been working my way through. I would recommend Waffles to anyone and we took family there who were down for Christmas and they are fans too.

Random trip through Bodmin and an absolute gem of a place! We try to avoid the bigger chains as they are everywhere and glad we did. It’s tucked away in a very tiny shopping mall and definitely worth the visit. The staff are lovely, the place spotless and my husband is still talking about the cheese scones 2 days later! Don’t understand the pants reviews and think those people need to get out more or obviously serial complainers. This will be our first stop on our next trip.

I literally cannot believe Ann’s comment below. We have used waffles for many years for suppling our business, birthday cakes, Mother’s Day cream tea experience, amazing homemade soup, popping in for coffee and naughty treats, scrummy pasties, oh and for the best cheese scones in Cornwall. She is def talking absolute rubbish and it’s so unfair on a business who has struggled through the pandemic to talk such pap. Never ever in all these years have we been ill from any of their food and drink so I see this review as just plain trolling. I highly recommend waffles coffee shop as an amazing place to eat. Well done waffles staff for your hard work and resilience through the covid restrictions and Ann In a world where we can be anything please remember to be kind !!

Always had good food and good service at a reasonable price from this much loved local business. Very surprised to read Ann Taylor's review and sorry for her poorly tummy! if I were her, I would visit a Doctor immediately as most people can tell just by taste if milk is gone off in Coffee! I hope she doesn't have Covid! I am sure the business checks the best before dates on all of it's products as well as the temperature of their fridge!
