Chez Moi

We were strangers to the area wandering around on a Sunday early evening trying to find somewhere to eat. We stumbled upon this restaurant and couldn't have been happier. Not only were they welcoming, they were happy to let our dogs in too. The restaurant is small and cosy, the service personal and friendly but the food was something else. Properly cooked real food, and sensibly priced for the quality served. Not cheap, but not expensive in comparison to the quality and good things like this shouldn't underprice themselves. In all, a lovely dining experience that we aim to repeat when we are next in the area. Thank you chez moi for all your hard work, it shows and hopefully many more diners will appreciate your restaurant.

We just had the most amazing delicious meal tonight. It has been a very long time since we have had a meal where we have savoured every mouthful. Just divine. It’s so delicious, you have to have dessert! Then we come to the service, which was a lesson in hospitality, in the true meaning of the word. The chef came out to every table. Such value for money as well. What a fabulous local find. We will be going back time & time again. Go now!

What a great little unpretentious french restaurant. Had a lunch with my mate who loves his food. Started with scallops wrapped in ham. Chicken with mushroom sauce whilst my mate had confit of duck. Finished with tarte tatin and cream brulee . Chablis and chevre chambertain to wash it down...all cooked beautifully, flavours were fantastic. Will be returning for sure! Fully recommend this little French gem 💎 👌

For years we wanted a really decent restaurant in Aldwick. Thankfully we now have it with Chez Moi. Food is seasonally based and really well cooked and presented. Atmosphere is very local but not noisy, just right. Large tables for group settings and a very rustic style. Not cheap, but not too expensive either. Try this eatery, providing you love really great food.

Oh my days, so Mothering Sunday we booked table for 6, we enjoyed the most amazing delicious tasty starters, roast mains and exquisite desserts. The staff were so friendly, attentive, nothing was too much trouble I cannot remember when I last enjoyed 3 course meal, as tasty as I enjoyed today. Food was 5 stars, compliments to the chef. Very rich, lots of flavour and very reasonably priced for the quality. Service was mixed, some confusions with orders which detracted from the overall experience and the general service was slow (it took an hour for starters to arrive) so not somewhere to go if you are time limited, however the staff were accomodating for requests and you can take dogs which is a plus. Decor abit dated/very mismatched. Would go again for the food though.
