Went twice during our weekend in Butlins.
The first visit was for a breakfast buffet at around 9am. Felt a bit limited for vegetarians, fruits were almost gone and never refilled when there, no yogurt left and pankaces had no toppings options apart from jam. No honey or chocolate ect. Had decent type English breakfast options and were told by my other half that was OK ish. Would not repeat for breakfast
Second visit was the same day for dinner, was pretty busy. Had different pizzas in different sizes and were very pleased with our choices. Yummy 🍕 🍕 🍕. Service was great by young and friendly staff. The atmosphere felt a bit basic but clean.

No vegan options on buffet - need vegan for allergies. Kids could of eaten for £1 but because of allergies had to pay full price from main menu. This is disappointing

Was really happy with the service and the workers in there made us feel welcome and the food was excellent to.
Had a great dinner tonight, the food was amazing and fresh, best pizza I've had in a long time. Service was brilliant especially Amy she looked after us so well and was especially good with my daughter who has autism and is usually mute with strangers but Amy made her feel so at ease that my daughter ordered her own food which very rarely happens. Amy is a credit to the restaurant.

Seperate business within the site of butlins. (During buffet meal)
Hospitality: 5/5 staff were very in helpfully in catering to our needs, a were always on the move. Chefs were speedy as expected on keeping up with demond
Food: 5/5 the buffet meal was great for value of money; alongside choice of pizza, + salad. Note ice cream not included on deal.
Building: the inner was painted with the different colours of Italy and decorated to invite all people in.
Note: as I went during buffet meals - Anything 'food' or 'service' wise I say might differ during outside of this.
Butlins papa John's buffet doesn't have much choice of food
This papa John's is a credit to the whole company. Never have I met such polite friendly/cool staff. But the star of the show was Cameron, thank you bro you made my familys night. Amazing pizza really it was 10/10
