OMG old school Chinese. Chicken and sweetcorn soup delicious, Singapore chow mein delicious, chicken curry and fried rice delicious, chips and pancake roll banging. Service under pressure of awkward customers impeccable. I have loads of Chinese takeaways near me in Portsmouth but the magic wok is better than all of them. I will be back and obviously highly recommend 👍👍👍😍

I never write reviews but this Chinese is amazing. Proudly a Chinese takeaway connoisseur, I can easily say one of the nicest Chinese we’ve ever had. Food is so fresh, incredibly cheap but quality is top notch. Nothing to fault, the man was super friendly. We’re currently on holiday staying at church farm & it was so easy to order and pick up from the front gate. Would absolutely recommend & there is a 10/10 chance we will eat from here again before we leave.

I am on a break away from London with my family. Found this local family run Chinese and thought we would give it a try. We are so glad we did! All of the food we ordered was fantastic! Everything was fresh, not greasy and obviously freshly cooked! By far the best Chinese takeaway we have ever had! So much so we will be ordering again before we leave!
Five Stars! The staff were extremely calm, welcoming and helpful, and our order was ready to collect after 20 minutes. I haven't ever tasted a Chinese takeaway as fresh, impressive, lovingly made, and delicious as Magic Wok's. The food was not greasy or overly salty in the slightest, and I could definitely taste the difference from other competitors in the local area. Our meal was hot, and the flavours were absolutely amazing. Would 100% recommend, and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much for such a lovely service. Great work!

Great Chinese. Only one open in the area when we decided not to cook that day! But it was delicious. They only accept cash but not a problem as cash pony just down the road in the Co-op. We had a variety of dishes and they were all served hot and very tasty.
Excellent food and very reasonably priced. Thought I'd give a go seems I was staying nearby in Haven holiday park.Food cooked to order very tasty.
