Ordered a vegetable and a lamb chops grill with rice from deliveroo.
Food arrived promptly, was cooked well, still warm and very plentiful.
Simple, tasty, rustic food. Very good value for money.
9/10 would recommend.
Update: 18th Aug 2023. Ordered ribs and sauteed potatoes. The ribs were very succulent and the potatoes cooked to perfection. Yet again this place has impressed me.

First time eating this cuisine and it was absolutely amazing! The waiter was wonderful and friendly! The cocktails were to die for ! When we return to Bognor to visit family again, we will be sure to be coming back! Thank you for a wonderful evening

Wonderful night at this Bulgarian restaurant in Bognor. For us, this is a rare treat not being locals, but please, please go and often in particular if you have the good fortune of this being a neighbourhood restaurant for you! All the food and all the drink were excellent. Prices are very reasonable, particularly given the large amount of lovely food, and the service (along with the stories and descriptions of the beers) gave it a special vibe. Treat yourselves!

Top marks for this gem of a restaurant in the back streets of Bognor. The theme is Bulkan, with many Bulgarian specialities. Their signature dish is the slow cooked lamb, which is delicious.

Ordered the shashlik special and a country style chicken liver appetizer. The food was simply outstanding, temperature and presentation were spot on and all dishes were packed full of flavour.
Portions were generous and the food tasted absolutely divine. My shashlik was juicy and well seasoned, easily the best shashlik i have ever eaten.
Everything was very fresh and service was outstanding.

We had Shopska and Shepherd salad, grilled seabass with roasted vegetables, kebabche and kofte with roasted potatoes. AMAZING FOOD! Everything was extremely fresh, perfectly charcoal grilled and seasoned. Paired perfectly with the house white wine. We returned the following day with some friends and had the same experience. Extremely reasonable prices and great service.

Me and my 💗 visited 359 Bistro Bar last week. I had grilled veggies with seasoned rice, while my 💗 some grilled lamb with roasted veggies. Before the food, we ordered some Rakia (regional alcohol spirit). Everything - starting from the restaurant's interior, finishing on the food + service quality - was just great!
Vegetables were literally bursting with flavour and juices!
I highly recommend anyone living locally to check 359 Bistro Bar out and make a visit!
