Me and the other half went in after popping into the cinema to be greeted by friendly staff. Service was lovely as the waiter we had came round after 5 minutes of us asking to have time to decide on what drink we wanted and let me keep a small plate for my left over starter to have with my main. Bar staff were lovely as I had to request a jug of water for my other half as he had a back problem and they were happy to hand me a jug of water with no problems. Overall experience was great would definitely go back again never had a bad experience at any Frankie and Benny's I've been too.

We had a disappointing experience with a pub lunch, but Frankie and Benny's made up for that disappointment. The staff were super. They found us a table for five large adults. They swiftly took our drinks order and delivered exactly what we ordered - including my dad's particular drinks request. We shared a Meaty Feast Starter and a pizza style garlic bread. It was just enough to get the juices flowing for our main courses and tasted fantastic The main courses were fab too. My sister in law loves their barbecue sauce. My mam's penne came out piping hot. My salad was just right - I'd asked for some extra salad dressing just in case, but I didn't need it. The bacon double cheese burger defeated my sister. My dad really enjoyed his ribs, once we'd worked out how to approach them. Puddings were really lovely too - brownies and chocolate fudge cake for my sister and sister in law. Dad had apple pie that comes with both custard and ice cream. I had the bannoffee basket - cream, caramelly icecream and banana in a biscuit moulded basket. We all agreed that the food was much better than we could have got at the pub and the service was absolutely exceptional. They also brought me out a cupcake with a candle for me to blow out. They played Stevie Wonder's Happy Birthday. I was really touched. And when it came to the bill - my sister in law down loaded the Frankie and Benny app to her phone and we got 50% off our main courses. So my dad was very pleased/ I cannot stress how good the service is was. All of the serving staff were happy make our meal feel special. And I even got a box to take my cupcake home in. I think all of our celebration meals will be moving there. Happy place for us.

Great meal here tonight. I sometimes find the service can be hit and miss at Frankie and Benny's in general, but tonight I couldn't fault it. We were looked after by a number of servers and everyone of them were so friendly and polite. Great value for money too, as we had a voucher via the app. I thought I would have only been able to use 1 voucher for 2 free starters, but the waitress knew I'd ordered a glass of prosecco, and advised I could use that voucher too. Excellent value for money on the kids menu. We will be back.
