Me and the other half went in after popping into the cinema to be greeted by friendly staff. Service was lovely as the waiter we had came round after 5 minutes of us asking to have time to decide on what drink we wanted and let me keep a small plate for my left over starter to have with my main. Bar staff were lovely as I had to request a jug of water for my other half as he had a back problem and they were happy to hand me a jug of water with no problems.
Overall experience was great would definitely go back again never had a bad experience at any Frankie and Benny's I've been too.

We had a disappointing experience with a pub lunch, but Frankie and Benny's made up for that disappointment.
The staff were super. They found us a table for five large adults. They swiftly took our drinks order and delivered exactly what we ordered - including my dad's particular drinks request.
We shared a Meaty Feast Starter and a pizza style garlic bread. It was just enough to get the juices flowing for our main courses and tasted fantastic
The main courses were fab too. My sister in law loves their barbecue sauce. My mam's penne came out piping hot. My salad was just right - I'd asked for some extra salad dressing just in case, but I didn't need it. The bacon double cheese burger defeated my sister. My dad really enjoyed his ribs, once we'd worked out how to approach them.
Puddings were really lovely too - brownies and chocolate fudge cake for my sister and sister in law. Dad had apple pie that comes with both custard and ice cream. I had the bannoffee basket - cream, caramelly icecream and banana in a biscuit moulded basket. We all agreed that the food was much better than we could have got at the pub and the service was absolutely exceptional.
They also brought me out a cupcake with a candle for me to blow out. They played Stevie Wonder's Happy Birthday. I was really touched.
And when it came to the bill - my sister in law down loaded the Frankie and Benny app to her phone and we got 50% off our main courses. So my dad was very pleased/
I cannot stress how good the service is was. All of the serving staff were happy make our meal feel special. And I even got a box to take my cupcake home in.
I think all of our celebration meals will be moving there. Happy place for us.
This F & B's is decent, the staff are mega polite and helpful, they go the extra mile. The food is very good quality and this venue is comfortable and relaxed. It's family friendly and the facilities are good. We come here regularly for family breakfast and sometimes dinner. Keep up the great work guys. Love the Sunday granola!

Friendly staff, good service and nice italian american atmosphere. It's averagely priced for a chain restaurant. Would recommend a visit.
Had a good time. Food was lovely, all the kids had good portions and no hungry bellies after they topped up with Dessert. We had various bits from burgers to lasagne and no complaints from anyone. Convenient location with plenty of parking and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with us having the baby.
I went on 31st May between trips to the cinema. Awesome service from Sarah. And my pizza was amazing 😋😋😋

Love coming here for breakfast with my Mum and Sister, Steven the manager is so friendly and welcoming. Yesterday we tried out a new vegan pizza which wasn't yet on the menu- made by Chris. It was so nice ,brought some home for my partner and he couldn't even tell it was Vegan. Will be back very soon! Thanks as always
Went for breakfast at boldon this morning . Greeted by a really upbeat friendly member of staff , unfortunately did not get his name . Breakfast was really good , huge portions ,my partner had the new vegan breakfast which he thoroughly enjoyed and was impressed with the tofu scrambled eggs. Brilliant customer service. Would recommend
