Called today and we had a table for three,the food was hot and a good varied menu we sampled starters mains and desserts and really enjoyed our meals.Tracy and Paulina were great making sure we had a good experience,we will be back again when we visit Dariington.I would recommend you give it a try

once again where do we begin .... had an excellent night at the chinese buffet darlington ... although the restaurant was busy and there was a mini powercut the staff were efficient and helpful as always .... food was fabulous ... so tasty and the beef was so tender ... and yipppeee the ice cream machine was working so my pancakes, icecream and sauce were scrumptious xxxx get booking and enjoy yerselves xxx
The food is great and the staff are really nice and never leave your table untidy.

Not The Chinese Buffet, but THE Chinese Buffet! A massive room above the shops opposite the market hall, it included menus fom all kinds and types of asian cuisine. Sushi, teppenyaki, stirfry, soup and desserts. There were also fresh pancakes and a chocolate fountain. Great value with my Taste Card, and they even came out and sang happy birthday to my other half, with a small cake and chocolate spread. I will definitely go again if I am in the area.
Great food and service, food is brought by a robot and the food app is very simple to use. Will definitely come back
It's Chinese, it's a buffet, it's all you can eat, it's served by robots, it's really nice food. Would I go again? Damn right I would. Nom.
I was there today, the staff is very very friendly, and a lovely food, starting with starters to deserts.
First time. Had to come to see the robots lol. We loved it, highly recommend and will be back. The food came in decent size portions so there was no food wasted. Can order from your phone which is really easy. No need for getting up less you need the toilet. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff. Food was nice. I wish it was still help yourself but the robots 🤖 are a cool touch!
We come here every year for my daughters birthdays (Oct and Dec). Each year Gloria is so lovely, she remembers us even though we only come twice a year (we live 20 miles away but its worth the trip), she makes my daughters birthdays very special, she definitely goes the extra mile.
My daughter loves the Bella Bot singing happy birthday to her and this year, I forgot her candle for her cake (slice of chocolate cake provided by tcb) but the staff provided one for her.
Food is delicious 😋 and is a always a winner with my girls, including my picky vegetarian daughter.

Food is amazing! From ordering the food on your app to being on the table is less than 10 minutes. Paid £15 for 5 fizzy drinks but the food is so cheap it doesn't really matter. The kids loved the bot that delivers the food, it was the highlight of our visit. Or maybe it was the 25 pudding they ordered between the four of them 😂
Bit of trepidation after reading previous reviews but the service(both robotic and manual) was quite good. One piece of advice, as soon as you get your initial order, place another order. It probably averages 10 mins between each order. There were a few missing orders but that is probably people not realising to take only the lit up blue tray. Expensive, especially drinks, but enjoyable and different.
I went there with my husband and kid on weekday afternoon.
The staff there were very nice and helpful, food were tasty, yummy 😋. I love the fried rice and appetizers so much. The most amazing thing was the robot server, which was very "high tech" and efficient.
I would definitely come again and next time looking forward to having a dinner buffet there.

We came on a Saturday night and it was a nice atmosphere it was busy but the service was very quick, you order through the app what you want as much as you want which I prefer.
The app was very simple to use and I enjoyed the table service especially the robot that was just an experience in itself to see how the robots works it is very clever and I think it works really well. I think the price is very reasonable for the food you get good quality and good quantity. The staff was very helpful and the manager was so lovely. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back next time I’ll bring the children because they’ll love the robot! I’m such a fussy eater and get the basics from a Chinese takeaway so now I’ve managed to try different Chinese food and realised what I’ve been missing out on!
