Amazing food and atmosphere with fantastic staff. The food is certainly the best I have had from health food restaurants and cafes.100% recommend.

Went with my 11 week old and a friend for breakfast and the atmosphere was so relaxing we almost stayed for lunch.. open, relaxing, clean and v modern! ..nothing like this in bolton and much needed too! The beef omelette was delicious! A generous portion, healthy and absolutely yummy! The facilities are spotless and the staff incredibly welcoming and polite.. cannot wait to go again!
First visit today . Why have I not been sooner.

Yesterday I went down to 8020healthbar and wow I was taken back. I've been to a few health kitchens but this location was prominent. The exterior was clean, it stood out. Even if you're not into healthy food you'd want to walk in to here. The interior is simple, and a very clean set up. They have a full range menu from breakfast to lunch to meal prep (which is what I'll be trying soon). I opted for the lean beef burger with sweet potato fries. I wasn't expecting alot to be honest as it was cheap but again I was surprised at the portion size. The burger was very fresh tasting, and the fries were not soggy at all.
Hubby ordered the jerk chicken. This smelt so fresh. I can't eat rice but had to try the chicken and sauce and it was so light, fresh, chicken was moist and overall it wasn't overpowering with a powdery taste. It's served in simplicity they focus on their food and and taste.
I enjoyed my green smoothie from there.
Will definitely be back I need to try the salmon stir fry too. Would highly recommend.

I've seen the smashed avocado on their Instagram story so many times and I have been desperate to try it. I asked if my eggs could be served so they weren't runny and look how perfect they came!
The bread was so tasty and perfectly toasted. The avocado was fresh and the Hallomi was brilliant.
I highly recommend trying 8020. The food is amazing and so healthy. They have all the calories carbs etc info on their menus so it's easy to keep within whatever eating plan you are working to.
First time trying this place and the food was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 - fresh and very tasty only reason for not giving 5 star is the price , would love to get lunch here everyday while at work but just under £9 Is a bit steep. However I will defiently be revisiting to try more of the menu, it's all looks delicious.
Lovely decor, friendly staff and really great food. The menu has great options, plenty of high protein, healthy choices and a good range of vegan food. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.

Really nice freshly prepared food. Good variety . We were a group of 4, mixed vegetarian and meat eaters. Good selection to choose from. Friendly staff and clean throughout.
We have been coming here for around a month now and its fantastic. Really friendly staff, a vast choice of excellent healthy food in a lovely clean environment.
Make sure you order a side of sweet potato fries with the spicy mayo with whatever you order, you won't regret it. The food is really good value, and the cakes on offer you will find hard to resist.
Its hard to find somewhere that the kids want to go that serves healthy food, but once they come here you might find yourself coming here a lot!
Not a bad thing I can say about 80/20 bar food is unbelievable always fresh, tasty with plenty options to stay eating healthy (cant say this about other places) The staff are so lovely, always nice and friendly. Will continue ordering for takeaway whilst we are in lock down, but always lovely to eat in when we can. And they are probably the only local place that do gluten free food. HIGHLY RECCOMEND

Have been using 80/20 meal prep for lunch/dinner whilst having our kitchen sorted and it’s been life changing! Healthy/tasty food and amazing service. Will probably continue using 80/20 when the kitchen is complete. Awesome service for a hectic life! Debbie has been great - thanks!
I've been into 80/20 a few times and the food has always been lovely. The service I have received has always been great and Debbie is always so efficient and welcoming, the cakes she made for Breast cancer awareness day where amazing and it's good to see them supporting worthy charities 😍! Love the range of veggie and vegan food and I defo reccomend if you want to eat out without feeling guilty Xx
When I go, I choose the protein bowl and it doesn't disappoint. The potions are good and each choice I have made from the list has been lovely.
I come here near enough every single day after the gym! I have a massive addiction to the peri peri wrap!! The staff are wonderful and so so polite. 10/10 service would highly recommend to everyone! Halal food is also served which is a massive bonus for me! The food is just amazing!
