Yesterday I went down to 8020healthbar and wow I was taken back. I've been to a few health kitchens but this location was prominent. The exterior was clean, it stood out. Even if you're not into healthy food you'd want to walk in to here. The interior is simple, and a very clean set up. They have a full range menu from breakfast to lunch to meal prep (which is what I'll be trying soon). I opted for the lean beef burger with sweet potato fries. I wasn't expecting alot to be honest as it was cheap but again I was surprised at the portion size. The burger was very fresh tasting, and the fries were not soggy at all. Hubby ordered the jerk chicken. This smelt so fresh. I can't eat rice but had to try the chicken and sauce and it was so light, fresh, chicken was moist and overall it wasn't overpowering with a powdery taste. It's served in simplicity they focus on their food and and taste. I enjoyed my green smoothie from there. Will definitely be back I need to try the salmon stir fry too. I've seen the smashed avocado on their Instagram story so many times and I have been desperate to try it. I asked if my eggs could be served so they weren't runny and look how perfect they came! The bread was so tasty and perfectly toasted. The avocado was fresh and the Hallomi was brilliant. I highly recommend trying 8020. The food is amazing and so healthy. They have all the calories carbs etc info on their menus so it's easy to keep within whatever eating plan you are working to.

First time trying this place and the food was absolutely gorgeous. 10/10 - fresh and very tasty only reason for not giving 5 star is the price , would love to get lunch here everyday while at work but just under £9 Is a bit steep. However I will defiently be revisiting to try more of the menu, it's all looks delicious.
