After getting married recently, I wanted somewhere local to go with my intimate wedding party to eat. The owner of basic kneads was so amazingly accommodating! They cornered off almost half of the eating area so that the children could run wild (one of which definatly did) they took orders for the whole party and had the food sent out in a very timely manner. The even played the radio station we requested. It may not seem much but it made our experience just that touch nicer and it really complimented the atmosphere. The food was lovely. Good quality and affordable. We've already made plans to return when we have some child free time. Thank you for such a lovely experiance. Mr & Mrs Jones :)

Just had lunch with my daughter at Basic Kneads. Definitely recommended. We had a pizza that was amongst the best we've had.
The service was friendly and efficient and the place was clean , light and airy. We will definitely return.

Fresh, yummy food with lovely, friendly and accommodating staff. We wish there had been an opportunity to tip the staff after we had eaten (you order via your phone and pay before eating!)

Called in to this cafe for breakfast today. This was my first visit & it was very pleasant.
The staff were lovely . All wore masks & the tables were set out to provide social distancing. Limited menu but enough choice.
Sadly will close later today due to lockdown but we will visit again when allowed .

Tasty and satisfying food! All fresh and flavoursome! I ate in this restaurant a few times, and I keep returning with my friends and their kids! There's a good vibe, is not on the food court, they have their own private space and the food is great!! I keep trying different things and everything I tried is spot on! Great choice on the menu, honest, simple, healthy and tasty food. The burger is made fresh, the meat is sourced from a local meat provider and has no fillers. The salads are incredible and the pies are to die for! Plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices as well and wow they serve tea with honey and lemon and their tea pots don't leak :) :) :) While chatting to the owner who came to ask if we are ok, I found out they also do outside catering and it seems the perfect idea for my upcoming birthday. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I recommend this place with great joy and wish this new restaurant the best of success!

Great concept of bringing together the best of local produce into a delicious yummy menu. Highly recommend the Lancashire Hotpot Pie, Cheese Pie and Smoked Mackerel Mousse (which hubby devoured).

The food was amazing. I had a lovely lunch with my friends and the staff in there made us feel very special. From the service they provide to the amazing food, they deserve more then 5 stars. The food was delicious (congrats to the chef )and the serving was more then outstanding. Well done guys for the best meal I had in a long time.

Excellent meeting place. Very friendly staff and management and not forgetting very tasty food. Drinks and beverages from tea to wine just the ticket after a hard days shopping.
