Appletrees Cafe

I have had to google this little gem to write a review. I was in here last week. Had the beef onion and mushroom muffin. And it was delicious. On top of that the service was very friendly and polite and the lady who took my order was a little diamond, im assuming the owner. When i left, I wasnt 50 yards away when i looked back and saw this diamond giving a homeless man a complimentary hot drink. Well, that topped my visit off. Considering small buisness are struggling in this economic climate, i applaud you. I turned back myself and backed up your nice gesture and gave the same gentleman something to help him buy some food for the day. Its seldom you meet people of such a nice character with a huge warm heart, and I hope you read this review and it blesses your day. I will be back next time im in the area. Called in here a couple of times this week, gets busy. Good sign. Food was lovely, had a large breakfast with toast and a brew. Really good. Staff were really pleasant and seemed to know all. There customers. Take cash or card which is always helpful. Got more work coming up in the area so will definitely be going back for more. Thanks ladies 👍🏻

I’ve been here a few times and have always had a good meal. I’m quite happy with everything, the service is excellent. One day I came in 10 minutes before closing time, I was served by the manager a hot meal and drink and allowed to eat inside, there’s not many cafe’s do this ! Overall a nice little busy cafe with plenty of people coming to and fro. Highly Satisfied. If your in the area try it for yourself, freshly made sandwiches and lovely cakes if you so wish 😀
