Has improved much since original review, the waiting times are much better and the new staff are not as confused about why they are there and seem to be repairing the reputation of this establishment. Been a few times since and the service has greatly improved, also the quality has improved from slime greasy to crispy as it should be, the fries were much improved having a slight crisp to them. Still on occasion forget a odd side Keep up the improvement it has been noticed by your customers Will review again in the future. In my life experience if you put lots of children in a room without supervision chaos ensues. I witnessed through the pay window only children looking under the age of 18, laughing, giggling and joking about, staff members watching tik tok. The room white with smoke and the sounds of young giggles. Reminisant of a Ronald dhal book. I ordered coffee but when got to the window they said they didn't do coffee and I would have to have Pepsi. I checked other reviews here and a lot of complaints about experince or messing around going on here. I feel concerned from a hygiene point of view, anyways the results of this labour. Some parts of the chicken meal appeared normal chicken wings were crispy and correct color and taste. Larger pieces had lost its crispness to greese and as very dark in colour and seemed burned, the fries were good for KFC standards but all night I was feeling sick and didn't get much sleep, digesting this was a struggle. I like the fact they give young people a chance but at you need at least a certain ratio of adults to teenagers or they will play. Management needs to control, guide and train the young not thrown them all into a box and gamble with people's health. And please train them to make coffee.

Order short of 3 items but didn't realise until I got home. Phoned and explained and I was told to come back and they replaced my whole order. Very fair but still inconvenient. However, these things happen. Definitely improved from the last visit! Much quicker to serve. Lovely girls that served me too.

A longish wait for the food (20 mins) but it was Friday evening of a Bank Holiday weekend so they were busy. Very pleasant service and the food was typical KFC but one of the better versions of it. We collected for take out. Just a shame we couldn't order in advance for collection. Wouldn't hesitate to use this branch again.

First time experience in this branch. Food was collected very quickly with good efficiency. The young lad who helped me on the kiosks on a Saturday gave me star quality customer service and was very helpful when taking my order. Nice atmosphere and great store hygiene practice. Will be returning here very soon. Good job guys!
