Delicious Sunday lunch and dessert, great value for money and staff were excellent. Love this place and highly recommend for any day of the week.

The Old Post Inn, has a lovely cosy atmosphere and is dog friendly, there is plenty of space. The food is excellent with a great selection of dishes. Prices are very reasonably priced with a little dragon menu especially for children. If you feel like a mid week catch up with your friends this restaurant is ideal or why not try one of their Sunday roasts. A wonderful selection of desserts will finish your meal nicely, try the chocolate fudge sundaes or apple pie with raspberry sorbet. overall a great place to eat and I would recommend it.
Excellent service first class food and very welcoming pub. Desserts were outstanding and all reasonably priced. If you can eat three courses the 9.99 deal is exceptional value and a good range of all three courses for that price.
Lovely staff, very helpful. We went there as part of a road trip and the waitress help is with addresses, directions, nice places and the surroundings. Then even more staff came to help us due it was a weird hour and was quite empty. Really great people, great place and great food.
Lovely little pub right off the main road with large free car park. Never too crowded and the food is excellent, served quickly and always fresh. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile if you want something a little different to what's described on the menu!
Stunning food and friendly staff, excellent children's menu...really good prices...2 course evening meal for £8.99 children's 2 course from £4.99 and both were amazing. Children's chicken, salad and Mexican rice.. recommend to anyone!
Lovely old style pub with nice decor, service very good and food range quite wide, to cater for everyone.

wonderful atmosphere, great food good quality and reasonably priced. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate my mother in law in a wheelchair and the dog they were brilliant. (no disabled toilet)
I've never had a bad meal here, standard pub food and good beer. Helpful staff. Deserts aren't the greatest but not the worst you'd taste.
If travelling on the A48 between Bridgend - Cardiff. Call in for a meal you won't be disappointed. We called in late afternoon on a Sunday and was welcomed by the barmaid/waitress ect. The cooked dinners we ordered was excellent and the dessert was very tasty to. Prices are reasonable. Overall the venue, hospitality and food satisfactory.
