Golden Fry

never seen a place get so unfairly rated before.. ordered at 0:45, food came at 01:10 all piping hot and delicious and the delivery driver omg… i wish i couldve tipped him, he was so sweet following instructions and then whispering at the door because he knew it was late. only thing was that the chips were a little soggy, but thats chips, they dont travel well!

My new partner ordered from here last night via Just Eat. I had never ordered from here, and if I'd seen the rating, and read the reviews, then I doubt I ever would. However it's fair to say that the mixed meat curry was one of the best I have ever tasted. The sauce was brown, and thick, and not some insipid watery yellow colour like it often is. And the meats were all delicious. The fried rice was also fine. As were the spring rolls. My partner also enjoyed her food too. The loss of a star is because the chips, whilst still tasting OK, could have done with cooking for longer until they were golden brown. The service was quick, although it was a Monday so it probably wasn't too challenging. If, like me, you like your Chinese curries I would definitely give it a go, as I'll certainly be going back. And as regards other meals, my inclination would be to ignore the negative reviews, and at least give them a chance.
