Just had a great meal. Free bottle of wine till end of this month. We are members of New Dawn app so collect points. Service very friendly excellent bar man and waitress Our food was perfect, dog friendly to thank you we will be back

A beautifully decorated English pub with an excellent menu and reasonable prices. The food was superb, as was the service (thanks Chloe). I had the Steak & Ale pie and Bread & Butter Pudding, and they were both delicious. Highly recommended.

Had an impromptu light lunch with my mother in law who is a coeliac. Great service, extensive gluten free menu and the best chips ever. We will definitely be back.

I attended an early morning BNI breakfast referred business networking meeting. The venue is very good and the quality of service and breakfasts is excellent. If you like good strong coffee, then you can’t beat it. The BNI members were all very welcoming. There is a strong focus on business, but fun and enjoyable to boot.

My wife and I attended for our second wedding anniversary dinner last night. I have to say, the service is beyond excellent, friendly, polite and quick. The lady who seated us offered us a glass of complimentary wine each as a gift for our anniversary. I thought this was just the best thing of all, such a simple gesture and really made us feel special.
We had a booth near the kitchen and the smells were amazing, we had a good view and were comfortable with no back pain from the benches.
The steak was the best I have eaten in years, and I've eaten enough ribeye to know! My wife's meal was also perfect, great portion sizes and fair pricing. The drinks were crisp and cold, brilliant selection of local cider, beer etc. Including my personal favourite, hazy hog from the hogs back.
There's nothing to complain about and everything from the decor to the service is exactly what you want. £45 a head for 3 amazing courses and drinks.
I'm looking forward to going back for my birthday meal in a few weeks to try the ribs! Can't wait!

Great food, great atmosphere and excellent staff. Dog friendly. Prices can appear expensive, but portions are large and belie the price. Get the app and make the most of some of the offers too.

This place used to be my local when I lived in Lindford and went there a few times, I moved to Bordon recently and now visit it even more as it’s the right distance for a dog walk!!
It’s small but has a nice calm vibe to it, no where is cheap any more so I’ll say the prices are reasonable. The few times I have eaten there I’ve thought the food was great too

We booked the pub for a party for my husband’s 50th birthday. Right from the start, Amy and Chloë could not have been more helpful in terms of suggestions for set up and catering. They too away all the stress of planning and all I had to do was deliver the decorations and the birthday cakes and they did the rest! They transformed the space into a spectacular party venue, personalised for my husband. It looked absolutely fantastic! The hot and cold buffet for 50 people was absolutely delicious, constantly replenished and had everyone coming back for second and third helpings. The atmosphere they created with their friendliness and professionalism was wonderful and we really can’t thank them enough for helping to make the evening such a success. Visited for Brunch on a saturday at 12, £32 per person for food, and unlimited drinks. The food was delicious and the Mimosa's were perfect! The decor inside is so nicely done as well. Cant wait to go back!!
Visited again for the Coronation afternoon tea, absolutely lovely at only £16.95 each plus £7 for prosecco!

Today we ordered a roast to go and we were not disappointed! We had the 3 meats which came with all the trimmings and a very generous portion of spuds, veg, gravy and Yorkshire. Absolutely fabulous and collectively we highly recommended it 😊
