Kfc

I'd order Via JustEat... a simple process that thousands of us have used... however, when my order was out for delivery it all of a sudden got cancelled, I immediately called KFC to which I was told that the delivery driver seemed to have an aggressive outburst and decided to throw my food onto the floor in the restaurant. The poor manager apologised to me and explained if I could come to the restaurant, he would remake my order for when I arrive. He did exactly that, my food was hot and fresh and was just being put into boxes and bags for me. And the manager showed me photos that he took of when the JustEat driver had thrown the food literally everywhere inside the restaurant! He even added some extras because i travelled to get my food. Really friendly staff and the manager is brilliant and handled the situation very professionally! Highly recommend

KFC in Borehamwood is pretty good overall. They have 5 stars Food Hygiene and that's a big PLUS from me! The food is normally nice and hot, only a few times in the year that you get the odd bit of chicken this is lukewarm. The only bad thing I have to say is the delivery can be a long wait or you wait over an hour and a half to find out they canceled the order :/… Not sure if that's Just eat fault or theirs but it's happened twice and was pretty annoyed/HUNGRY lol.

As far as KFCs go this is definitely one of the better ones. The place is always immaculate and the food fresh. There can be a bit of a wait at busy times, but, not too bad. Service is quick and they do t dither about. They have the full choice menu and also new and special options available so they keep up with the KFC trends. Not had a bad KFC from here.
