I love Starbucks, however the service at the till is ALWAYS bad at this store.
Without fail I spend longer queuing to have my order taken, than I do waiting for my drink to be made.
I 100% understand that when your behind the till you have multiple things to deal with .. but why is it ALWAYS when I get to to the till do they go and sort out hot foot, fill up cups and do other things without ever acknowledging I'm there.. how hard would it be for them to say, I with be with you in just a moment..

Usually a decent spot but it took 20 minutes for two drinks with peoples drinks (who paid after me) coming before mine. They forgot the cups by the till and the girl who made them in the end gave so much attitude and flung a cup holder when I asked for one. I understand it’s a busy Saturday but try not to take the frustration out on patient customers.

Stef from Borhamwood Starbucks should be FIRED.Such a rude individual to other members of staff.
He had a go at the Till guy earlier today because he asked for a customer name first. His bloody excuse was because we ask the customer order first. No you don’t. Some Starbucks actually take a name first.
The till guy was polite and professional to me when he served me.

I went in on Monday and one of the male staff members was being unbelievable rude to the young blonde girl working there, he was so rude to her she looked like she was going to cry, I can't believe he is allowed to treat another person like that in a place of work, swearing and belittling language was disgusting. No way he should be able to keep his job.

The Latte tasted like something was burnt or like smoke. And the hot chocolate was barely touched by my daughter. Really poor quality and taste!

Drinks are good - standard starbucks. I've often been left waiting for my drink for a very long time when all members of staff are focusing on deliveries or something else instead of on serving customers in the shop or making drinks for those waiting in store or at least on order of first come first serve. I ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for a water based drink while watching 3 members of staff prepare deliveroo orders that came after I placed my order at the till. The lady who served me was very friendly and polite however. Just a shame I had to wait so long for my drink.

It was Saturday afternoon. I Was waiting for my 2 x coffee at least 15min where there was not too busy. ( 6 to 8 customers but 3 staff members ) I had impression that staff is on Slow Mo Mode. One person on hot section and other one on the cold section. But did not help each other. 3rd staff member on the till. Come on chaps! more team work! 💪
