Sweetgreen is one of my favorite salad places in town! The ingredients are always fresh and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Willie and G always make sure I get a good salad, and I appreciate their attention to detail. I love coming back for more! 10/10 would recommend.

Even though these places have sprouted up on every streetcorner at home, it took a trip to Boston to try one. It wasn't planned, but a downpour brought us into the center for lunch. So glad it worked out this way -- the salad was amazingly good. It was huge -- so we split it. Super fresh ingredients, and a creative mix of flavors. We're sold on Sweetgreen.

SG saved my bacon at our trade show. The food was fresh, tasty and they had great variety of ingredients. Ate two great healthy meals there each day, among a sea of bad convention food.

the person who made my salad at the prudential center location on 9/9/22 at 12:30 pm needs an immediate raise. it was hands down the best sweetgreen ive ever had.

The customer service was awesome, friendly and lively.
I only gave a 4 star review because you’re required to have a phone or internet connection and I see too many places doing this. Sure, it’s convenient for a majority of people but I think it’s unfair and elitist to just assume everyone has a smart phone in their pocket and offer NO other option. What about those who are disabled? Elderly? Don’t have money or the space for an app? What about people who only have cash?
You can only order through their website or their app. There is no way to pay and order in person atleast at this specific location so either be prepared to sit there and figure it out or order ahead.
