Always enjoy stopping in on my morning commute (whenever those start up again) - half off great coffee w/ a Cap One card is the right way to start the day! Staff is very friendly no matter the hour / how busy it gets.

Been there for an account opening, though I could have done online but thought let’s check the cafe.
It was worth going there. Gentlemen Josh Blair helped me with the new account opening. The cafe was nice with the Pete’s Coffee. I am not a coffee drinker. But yes! The representative was helpful and was able to answer questions. 👍🏻

Polite staff, tasty coffee, great location! I lover their 50% off for beverages for CapOne card holders. And of course their free WiFi. It’s also always clean which is a big plus for busy locations like that.

I like this Capital One Cafe is ranked 3rd best of the cafe i have visited.
Pros : Its in the heart of downtown
1. Assessable to public transportation (Red/Green line: Park Street station) (Blue State Station and orange Downtown crossing).
They even have a display of all the arrival times for the surrounding stations.
2. The staff is friendly
3. Peets cafe is really good (Coffee/teas/snacks) 50% off for all Capital One card members.
4. Bathroom
What they can do better.
1. More OUTLETS! there is like only 3 outlets for the whole cafe.
2. More events this capital one and some others in Boston don't have that many events as others
3. it can get crowded
