Beautiful fish and chips with a delicious taste. Could have done with a bigger tray to hold them ! Also wanted a bread roll but there wasn't any available. Would go back again. First class fish n chips .Thanks .

Great chippy, I go every time work takes me to the area. Mid week fish special is a bargain, good chips and tasty fish, really generous portion sizes as well. Highly recommended

The best fish and chips I've had any were and I've travelled alot.Been many times on a friday and the food has always tasted the same perfection .All fish and chip shops should serve food like this many many should hang there heads in shame.good on you all at the godfather well done .

Really nice freshly cooked fish, not too greasy. Chips were not bad either. Fish quantity was generous for the low price. The amount of chips was ridiculous, we got a large between two and ate less than half!

Not tried everything.
Chips are mostly good...and you get a nice big portion.
Fish is also good but can sometimes be a little greasy.
Nice curry sauce if you are a fan!

I have used this fish and chip shop for years and intend to continue to do so, the quality of food is great, never had an issue with wrong orders or being overcharged etc. The staff are very friendly and when I was younger would give me a free lolly pop whenever we bought food from there. 😄 The prices are reasonable and reflect the quality of food and generous portions sizes well. There are two parking spaces directly in front but if that isn't enough, there are spaces around the memorial opposite. Overall very nice takeaway, would definitely recommend.

Great chippy. Aways fried fresh not left in the warmer for ages. Large portion of chips feeds a family of 3-4! Cash only, but cashpoint is round the corner outside the Co-op. Overall a great chippy!

Just got fish and chips from here, the fish was that large it hung over the sides of the plate. It was freshly cooked, hot crispy batter and succulent white fish. Blooming beautiful. Lovely staff too. ❤

Absolutely lovely takeaway chip shop, been going there for a few years now yet to find fault with anything. They are definitely not shy with their portion sizes and prices are very competitive. As for quality of food I can not fault them what so ever.
