We havn't been to KFC market place for a while what a pleasant surprise the place was immaculate the greeting from the staff and ordering was supperb and to make it even better our meal was brought to our table we will definitely visit again

The food is good- I mean KFC never misses- the service is wonderful and quick. Im from outside the UK and the menu is not the same as in South Africa so I enjoy tasting the new things. Shop is clean.

It was a very hot, very busy evening and apparently some staff were off sick with heat exhaustion. The few remaining staff rallied and pulled the order together, although they were out of several products. Well done.

It is what you would you expect KFC to be like. Food was as expected, original recipe chicken a little too greasy this time, I would say, but not too bad.
My order was quite large and took member of staff very long time to prepare, but I think he may have been still new to his job, not end of the world.
I would say that this particular KFC is better for taake away rather than eating in as premises are quite small and probably gets very crowded at the busy times compared to other ones I have been to.

App order didnt work, took money but didnt go through, luckily the staff managed to find a way around it and did it manually with proof the money had been taken from my bank.
Food was hot and fresh, marked to 4 stars as the restaurant was a bit dirty, tables were all empty but hadn't been cleaned, it wasnt busy but they may have just got a bit behind as its normally nice and clean.
Also if you are ordering from the app, beware that not all menu items are on there, and the deals in store dont apply on the app either.
