Costa coffee shop within the road chef is a class above the machines in the petrol stations and shops. The services are good and and toilets are very clean. Outside area is well looked after and nicely landscaped. The girls working in Costa are obviously trained in coffee making from scratch,polite and always serve you with a smile.

Absolutely amazing Costa! You don’t normally see reviews hyping up costa motorway services, or motorway services at all for that matter. But the service was great, staff were friendly, even brought us our food, felt like a cozy restaurant!

I was served this morning by Kerry at Bothwell services, with a cheerful friendly smile. She is polite, approachable and engages in conversation making my day a little bit brighter. I am passionate about customer service and would like to say Costa are very lucky to have such a lovely employee like Kerry in their team. Keep making great coffee Kerry!!

Small motorway service station. With coffee shop and small retail outlet. Toilets are clean. Staff friendly. Only accessible if going southbound leaving Glasgow.
