Nice little cafe quite and peaceful setting by the mill stream with seating out side or under cover of the mill arch. Choice of coffees cakes or some hot food.. parking free for 1hr but you may want a extra 1hr at £1 .
Delicious sandwich in a super cute hideaway. It is amazing what she can make in such a tiny little spot. Friendly, quick and tasty- especially good when you consider the proprietor is doing it all herself! I'll definitely be back.

What a gem this tiny cafe is! Great food, great drinks and a good generous size too. I had a delicious bacon bap. Sitting by the river is delightful and so peaceful. My spaniel loved it too and the owner is passionate about the wildlife that comes to the water. The cakes looked beautifully made
Wonderful and welcoming little tea room/cafe. The owner, the said titled Mrs.Potts, is an independent business, relying solely on her dedication and enthusiasm for her thriving little company.

We found this little Gem today and are so pleased! It’s lovely! Mrs Potts is a charming young lady and her cakes are incredible! Beautiful setting by the river, well priced and yes we will definitely be back!

Little and perfectly formed tea hut by the river with outside seating and several other shops to browse.
Very reasonably priced ,I had jacket potato and beans with salad garnish and WOW I then had homemade white chocolate crunchy rocky road ... Delicious 😊. Well worth a pop in to try.
Hidden away at the back of Botley Mill. Very friendly lady who seemed to be doing everything. Good choice of snacks, cakes and drinks. Only a small area inside for a couple of people but seating outside overlooking the river.
Love this little cafe. A peaceful place to have a drink and food. The sandwiches are delicious. Good value as cheaper than pubs or garden centres.
We loved visiting. A fantastic location, with delicious iced coffees and milkshakes. The boys enjoyed feeding the ducks. We will be back!

What can I say about Mrs Potts By The River. The bacon rolls are really nice and the homemade Victoria Sponge Sandwich Cake is out of this world!!!
Lovely little cafe with breakfast and lunch menu. Jacket potatoes, pies and hot snack, toastie and sandwiches, coconut milk and soya options. Great coffee and wide choose of teas. Great prices and very friendly staff
