Nice little cafe quite and peaceful setting by the mill stream with seating out side or under cover of the mill arch. Choice of coffees cakes or some hot food.. parking free for 1hr but you may want a extra 1hr at £1 .

What can I say about Mrs Potts By The River. The bacon rolls are really nice and the homemade Victoria Sponge Sandwich Cake is out of this world!!!

Very pleasant and cosy tea room by the Hamble River.
The tea room is cosy and the outside garden-by-the-river tables are welcoming and enjoyable.

Hidden away at the back of Botley Mill. Very friendly lady who seemed to be doing everything. Good choice of snacks, cakes and drinks. Only a small area inside for a couple of people but seating outside overlooking the river.

We loved visiting. A fantastic location, with delicious iced coffees and milkshakes. The boys enjoyed feeding the ducks. We will be back!
