Saw a couple of reviews and felt we had to visit.
Absolutely fantastic, great food, starters, main courses and deserts.
It is nice having waitress with a bit of character, food and menu was explained, options given, and also the source of the food.
We would 100% recommend, and will be back to try the breakfast menu.
Came across this little gem today. What an amazing place. The owners are lovely and very friendly. The food is all home made from scratch and it definitely shows!! I’ve never had such a filling and delicious burger and at such a reasonable price. My family and I will definitely be back and would highly recommend you give it a visit!! Absolutely stunning food!

Me and the fiancée just got back from our second visit to Moose Kitchen and I just have to write about my love for this authentic Canadian kitchen.
Both times we have been wowed by the food. I went for the Roast Beef Dip (consisting of roast beef slices in a soft garlic baguette with a delectable beef jus for dipping). The poutine is also amazing as is the Whiskey River Meatloaf that my fiancée had.
The decor is cool, and I love the rock music they play there too. Likewise both times we have been the service has been super warm and friendly while the food takes the perfect amount of time to arrive at the table.
It was nice to see a larger party in there tonight, and another couple too. For our budget we consider it as a special treat to go to, and I really think you get your moneys worth in portion sizes, quality of food and excellent service.

We had an amazing time, the staff are SO friendly 10/10 service! The portions were massive and so tasty. The poutine gravy was too salty for me but they substituted my meal with drinks and took the cost off my meal. Can't recommend this place enough, although it was the servers that made our night
A mighty meal! Great tasting food, lovely incredibly warm team! Thoughtful decor and music to accompany the brilliant selection of meals. I would say the gravy was seemed very very salty but not enough to stop me enjoying everything! Also absolutely love the quality vegan options! Will be coming again for more and recommending to friends!
Amazing home cooked food, very tasty. The server was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Good music played and indoor and outdoor seating available. My first experience of poutine 😍 the only issue is that we live 80 miles away so need to book another holiday to come back!
Awesome find! Driving to Bournemouth discovered this place and tried to book. No room but offered to let us know if a cancellation and luckily there was! Table at 6pm but never rushed to leave and spent a couple of hours in fantastic company with great Canadian cuisine and drinks.
All the staff are so friendly and conversation is there if you want it. Lots of regulars show this is no flash in the pan. But what comes out of the kitchen is the star. It’s impossible to find great Canadian food in the U.K. and here it is. If only there were a bowl of pierogis and bacon on their own 🤣
Great cocktails make it a super fun evening but you’ll need to be rolled out there’s so much food.
Visited on Saturday night with friends. Great decor and vibe, Kay was so attentive and friendly, made us very welcome. Onto the food…..wow! Not only delicious and tasty but HUGE portions. Probably too big, but is that really a bad thing? If we visit Bournemouth we will return.
Visited for our anniversary dinner. Sat in the conservatory section with the bifold doors which was lovely in the heat! I ordered the deep fried burrito and my partner had the meatloaf and poutine, and we shared the mac and cheese balls for starter. The portions are all very generous, we had to box up the end of our meals to take home and had no room for pudding (sadly!). The price is probably 'mid-range', more than you would pay at chains but this is clearly a wonderful independent restaurant run with passion and care where we were more than happy to spend a little more. Cocktails were good, some unusual options, the staff were friendly and attentive and the music was top notch! We'll definitely be back 🌟
Honestly the only place to go in Bournemouth. Veggie friendly, AMAZING SERVICE. LGBT+ OWNED AND LGBT+ FRIENDLY 🌟🌟Food cooked with love. Everyone here clearly cares about this place and it shows. Food was so filling and cooked deliciously. I cannot rate this high enough for veggie and non-veggies (vegans there is options too 🌟) it's so nice to go to places where everyone cares and they make every customer feel welcome. Easily top of the list in Charminster, which is no small achievement. The restaurant has a very welcoming and rustic feel. The service is friendly and lovingly provided. The food is fantastic. The menu is North American, but not just burgers. The Meat Loaf is awesome. I can't believe we waited so long to dine here. Probably because it's very popular. I definitely recommended reserving a table ahead.
