Absolutely excellent food. The guys are super friendly. The food is quickly prepared and it's the perfect place for a quick lunch. Besides, it's an experience to eat there just because of the décor.

Second time here for me, glad I got the opportunity to come again.. utterly impeccably polite and friendly, caring service, good coffee and fab food... Good value too, real food!

What a fantastic deli.....so much choice, good music and superb customer service. Will be visiting again, really good....brilliant industrial quirky feel to the deli. Loved the experience, great customer service and coffee was delicious, loads on offer for veggies & vegans. BRILLIANT. The owner is so kind, warm and welcoming, the coffee is strong but delicious and the homemade sausage roll was tasty and full of flavour. It is full on rock n roll and retro feel to it...

Dropped into Southbourne and wasn’t sure what to expect. Came across Deli Rocks who had a big selection of food for offer - nice pastries sweet and savoury, quiches, salads. Opted for some flat whites and salmon and cream cheese bagels which were absolutely lovely.
Restaurant set up looked good, some character pieces and a giant shark inside!
Only issue was social distancing wasn’t fantastic and payment was cash only.

First class coffee - delicious! This is a place of real character with genuine and friendly staff and customers. A huge selection of deli food and cakes appreciated by all. A not so secret, secret Southbourne gem.
