Been driving past this place for months, wondering what was hidden inside. Wow...what a fantastic concept, great homely food and drink served amongst an Aladdin's cave of bits and bobs for sale. So calm in here too. A great find. EDIT : business has shut down

Platform 19 cafe and Antiques shop named after the railway station which stood opposite and was shut in 1968 photos of the station can be found inside. The Cafe plays Jazz music which adds to the ambience of this rustic Cafe. A friendly atmosphere serving tea breakfast and Lunch even on a Sunday. A great place to visit if you simply wish to relax and eat.

Very friendly service and the owners made sure we got the best breakfast treat in Bournemouth. My granddaughter loved their pancakes. Highly recommend and great coffee.

We stumbled upon this cafe by chance and glad we stopped in. The coffee was great and service to match! They were also accommodating for our two young kids with specially made pancaked which they loved !

This is my local, always pop in for a takeaway coffee whenever I can, food is great, owner is lovely. She looked after Marmaduke the moose for two months after I bought it early for a birthday day gift. Take a look at all the bits and pieces throughout the café, there are many hidden gems. A firm favourite with any friends that visits with me. If you're lucky there could be some homemade bread pudding left, it's delicious and sells quick.

Amazing little café, not too close from the town centre, the owner is very sweet, her food is good and not too expensive, the decoration is very inspiring as well, the perfect place for a moment with your friends. I am so glad I just moved nearby !!

Wonderful little cafe which feels more like a travelling uncle's cosy home. Delicious drinks and fresh breakfast. The owners are very friendly and there is a cute dog too! Will definitely bring any friends visiting Bournemouth to this great café.

What a terrific find! The pizza place across the road was fully booked so we gave this a try. It looked cosy and inviting if a little quirky (but that is part of the charm). Delicious food with a south American influence, and the most amazing desserts. Not only that, but I ended up buying the table we ate at! I had no idea it was an antique shop too. As Sandra, the charming co-owner of this establishment said, everything is for sale, apart from the dog! Friendly service and reasonable prices, the world needs more places like this.

What a lovely gem! Discovered by accident and now a regular stop off. Friendly, homely and heart-warming! Lovely home cooked food and coffee with a car park opposite if there is no room on the road. Just what this area needed. Keep it up girls!
