Nice restaurant in the Bournemouth Hilton.
Very few customers so little atmosphere.
Well cooked and interesting food but some menu items not available.
Big challenges booking here and also getting a booking for the skybar - telephone issues, website issues, dead links. Shame because it's a great restaurant with good food but it would appear that people can't easily make bookings. Someone needs to sort this.

Nice experience but serving sirloin steak when Ribeye was ordered and not being able to have an Irish coffee after dinner spoiled the evening, surprising when Bill came to over £500

This is a really expensive restaurant but the food fails to be exceptional. It was absolutely a good meal but wasn't good enough for the price

Amazing delicious food and really friendly service. We were very impressed with Schpoons & Forx and will definitely be visiting again. Lovely ambience, nice soft lighting and open kitchen. Great menu, lots to choose from, not over priced and very well presented and tasty.

Food was amazing quality and could not be faulted. The service was excellent and our waiter Chinmay was knowledgeable and very friendly. The surroundings were great and had a lovely atmosphere. Would not hesitate in recommending . A great experience all round .

The Schpoons & Forx restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel Bournemouth and is worth a visit. The food is great and well presented. On our first visit in July 2021 I ordered a sourdough pepperoni pizza and it was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
Our 2nd visit to Schpoons & Forx in June 2022 was also very good. The pint of cold Peroni went down a treat. Our party had tandoori prawns for starters. Then for mains we had a mix of ribeye steak, hake and grilled chicken. Finally for dessert we had creme brulee, strawberry meringue and afogato.
Our 3rd visit also in June 2022 was once again very good. Our party had tandoori prawns for starters. Then for mains we had a mix of ribeye steak with chips and fillet steak chips.
