Have been using this place for years, and Often find myself here whilst doing admin. Clean and tidy exactly what you would expect Great friendly staff ( who remember your name)and good coffee and a range of hot food and nibbles.

This cafe is a hidden gem within Bournemouth. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of the drinks, and the knowledge of the staff. Will come back again. :)

Westbourne Starbucks is a regular meeting place for me. The coffee and toasted sandwiches / cake are consistently good. The students doing their English language coursework add to the atmosphere! I've never experienced yobbery there or had to put up with people whose parents failed to teach them how to behave in a public space. Just the place in which to put the world to rights with a friend or two...

Theirs two separate seating areas, I tend to go in the second room, much more room and space to sit and enjoy coffee, I had the salted pretzel hot chocolate and salted caramel brownie. Staff kept the areas clean and tidy.

Very nice shop, good seat to people ratio and specifically Angela is amazing! Shes very kind and always seems in a happy mood although she seems to be on shift by herself :(
