Went with four friends for dinner. The staff were so lovely, service was really good. Food was amazing so so good. We got starters and mains. I had the duck spring rolls and red curry with coconut rice was so good and really good portion sizes! Had some of my friends yellow curry too and was so nice. Will definitely go again!

Best thai food in local area. I travel from Highcliffe for the food. The honey coconut prawns are so unique and delicious. Authentic and super tasty thai food! My family have been coming here for years.

My family and I have been eating in Sala Thai for years. Fresh, authentic and extremley tasty food! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Best place in Bouremouth for Thai food.

Been to Sala Thai for many years however felt the food portions have become smaller and prices have risen. Had red duck curry around £15 that doesn't include rice. My sister had prawn panang just King prawns and sauce was very minimal. I did enjoy my meal but I remember it being so much nicer when I used to go more regular a year or so ago. The staff are very polite and attentive. Maybe a change of chef over the years?

Lovely family Thai restaurant. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The food was superb. We had the seafood set menu which was incredibly tasty. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area!
