This is a fantastic spot for a sunny day. The food was excellent, and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service was outstanding, and they accommodated all the allergy-related requests, which we truly appreciated. What a great restaurant! The food was really fresh and delicious with a nice choice. Lovely cocktails too. We went for dinner and then lunch the next day as it was so good. In the evening it was a nice buzzy atmosphere and we sat inside and for lunch we were outside which was perfect in the garden balcony. I would add that the staff were really nice and friendly, attentive too. This is not a venue if you’re in a hurry and is suited to taking your time and chilling. Would highly recommend.

Really interesting venue, this place has a huge outdoor area with heating lamps to keep you warm in the colder months. Food was really tasty and the service was great. Staff were really friendly every time I've visited.
Had a lovely time visiting urban garden. Looked for somewhere to take dogs and urban garden are very accommodating. Ate in the outside pizza street food terrace.

Overall a good experience. My steak and chips was delicious albeit the poached eggs were a little over cooked and my wife’s green shakshuka was a bit watery but still tasted ok.
Adding a compulsory 12.5% service charge was a bit cheeky. At least give your customers the choice. Even in USA (famous for their service charges) you’re generally given the choice of 2 or 3 percentage rates for the service, starting from around 8%!
On the positive, the ambience was really nice and the surroundings, with lots of flowers and greenery around, made it feel unique.
Me and my friend came here on our weekend away. We chose it for unique decorations and setting. They catered for lots of different food allergies.
The staff were so friendly and easy to talk to. They provided us a complimentary pudding with a candle each for our birthdays.
Our waitress Bethany went above and beyond for the us! We were running really late for our booked table and they were kind enough to keep it for us even though the restaurant was fully booked.!
Drinks were reasonably priced considering where it's situated.
Highly recommend if you want somewhere abit different. If you sit outside at the top area you will get a beautiful view of the sunset .
Really enjoyed our first trip to Urban Garden, as a non local the booking aspect was quite confusing with the different areas and menus but it was a great little find and a lovely atmosphere. First round of drinks took some time to come but then there was 9 of us so understandable. Food came fast and it was all fresh and hot, everyone complemented the food!
What an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Bournemouth City centre! A must visit for those in the city. Delicious food, beautifully decorated interior and terrace, quirky cocktails and lovely staff. Stumbled across this place on holiday and had a wonderful afternoon drinking cocktails and watching the world go by. Highly recommend!
Awesome restaurant hidden away in the winter gardens! Beautiful surroundings and very pleasant environment within the restaurant. Small menu but all good food and reasonably priced. Large drinks menu though!
