Amazing dinner, amazing staff ( they even switched off the flashy tree as it was giving me a headache!!) gave us a free chocolate orange dessert which was super yummmyyyy!!! Thanks again will definitely be back next time we’re in Bournemouth xxx

Very good place, I liked the cleanliness, friendly staff, nice food.We arrived there at 6.30 pm aprox and we were served very quickly. If u want to spend a nice time with family or friends, this is a very good option

Haven't been for a while so it was nice that serving staff recognised us and was really welcoming, I find the food is always consistent here so you don't have to worry about it not tasting the same next time, love the food here, there is non spicy options so don't think it's all going to be too hot. Atmosphere great, music not to loud you have to shout at each other either. Service was at a good pace didn't feel rushed or have to wait long times for food to arrive. They also take taste card 7 days a week on all food courses which is a bonus.

Me and my friends went today (11.08.18 around 6pm)to have a nice dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and ladies serving us on the day were really nice and helpful, especially one lady that we think was from Spain.
Unfortunately the woman dealing with front of the restaurant was extremely unhelpful and rude.
We waited for about 15min in front to be seated, them we thought that maybe we can just sit down, but we did ask a waitress if we can and she told us that we need to wait for the lady dealing with seats.
I went there and said we we can get a seat for 3 people?, she asked "do we have a reservation?" I said that no and do we need one. She answered that it's Saturday and we need a reservation.
I got bit annoyed, looked around and said that they many empty seats, also asked her should we leave.
She didn't have the decency to look me in the eyes and answered " since we already sat down, we can stay" . This is highly rude and unprofessional customer service. I do know that this can be a hard and stressful job, but we all have a job and we need to deal with many difficult situations.
I do know that the front lady is Polish, I am as well so I do understand the this she was saying.
Whoever is a manager or owner should train the stuff how to treat the customers.
Yummy food. Lovely atmosphere. Be prepared for busy peak evenings on weekends pre booking advised . Friendly staff and efficient service.
Great food. Cold wraps and tortillas were a little disappointing. But the rest was great.
Great tapas and soft drinks... recommend the mango ginger beer which has a little kick to it and is presented so well . Very much enjoy perusing the varied colourful and easy to view menu they offer here and especially love the Meerkat 241 Sun-Thursday offer they do which makes if super affordable to swing by with my bestie for cheeky fajitas and we share a chichen and pulled pork and a sizzling steak between us to mix it up. I couldn't squeeze in a desert but they do my favourite mint choc chip ice cream here so will try to test it next time round. If you ask you can have extra flour tortillas to ensure you mop up and eat all your fajita meat and peppers. The service can be a bit slow so make sure you leave time to enjoy your meal if you're planning on seeing a film afterwards.
